Why We Do

Being injured in an accident is something that can happen to anyone, at any time. Dealing with the technicalities of the healthcare system can be hard enough. Having to additionally deal with insurance companies, whose goal is to limit your settlement to maximize their own profits, adds insult to injury.

In an unjust system, hiring a lawyer is sometimes the only way to obtain justice. The Roller Law Group was founded on the principle that everyday people who require a personal injury attorney should be able to afford one. They also deserve a legal team that is honest, responsive, and willing to work tirelessly to get them the compensation they deserve.

Leadership

The firm is led by Brian Roller, who has over fifteen years of experience as a litigator. Our attorneys have seen firsthand how hiring a lawyer can completely change the outcome of an injury claim. We’ve seen an initial $1,000 offer go up to $100,000, and cases in which insurance companies or corporations denied a claim and ended up paying $150,000, $300,000 and sometimes, even more than $1 million.

The Roller Law Group strives to build a unique and lasting connection with our clients so that we may consistently achieve outcomes that make them come back—and refer their friends and family. From pre-trial negotiation through litigation, trial, and appeal if necessary, our team seeks the best resolution available to our clients, efficiently and effectively. You will receive personal attention and personalized service, with absolutely no fees collected unless and until we win your case.

Growing With Our Community

The Roller Law Group believes in giving back to the people and places that have given so much to us. Our attorneys and staff are proud to contribute to their communities in a variety of ways.

The firm triples all charitable contributions made by the firm’s staff, and doubles all charitable contributions made by firm attorneys. We encourage our team members to take a leadership role in the organizations to which they contribute, as well as others. Together, we can achieve more.

What Client Says About Us

My case was recently settled this holiday season with attorney Brian Roller. All I can is wow they are such an amazing and attentive firm. I had the pleasure of having Luz and Margaret as the assistants on the case and they were absolutely efficient. They were always available and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I received a more than great settlement and couldn’t be anymore thankful than to have had them represent me on my auto case. Would definitely use them again and million times after that if needed.
